Being the best running backs in the NFL By: Seth
Running backs are very important in the game. 1 or 2 running backs take the ball and run with it. You have to have power strength, agilty, knowledge, and toughness. You should be able to break tackles from linebackers and then out run the safety you also need to see the field and cut in and out to be a good NFL running back.

Tryout Tips
If you want to tryout for cheerleading, and you aren’t really sure what you have to do, here are some tips for you. Start by exercising a month or two before the tryout day. Stretch everyday before you do anything, and hold the stretch for at least 3 minutes. After you stretch, if you have a trampoline, jump on that and ask someone if they can be your spotter. Have them spot you on a couple flips. And as soon as you know it you will have your backflip. The coaches will be looking for some nice strong people and if not a flyer, to go up in the air. So make sure your eating nice and healthy and not anything bad. Once you go to tryouts show them all that you can do!

Horse Care
By Caleigh
Keeping your horse healthy is very important. The healthier your horse is the longer it will live. Hoof care is something that can help your horse’s health.
Every time you are ready to go for a ride you must always pick out anything in its hoof. Just like your fingernails, horses hooves grow continuously and need to be trimmed too. A horse’s hoof should be trimmed about every six to eight weeks.
A farrier is a very experienced person who trims horse’s hooves. The tools that a farrier uses are an apron and chaps to protect your legs; a hoof pick, to clean the dirt out of the horses hooves; hoof knife, to trim away loose dried out sole; nippers ,to trim away outgrowth of the hoof; rasp, used to level out the hoof walls; and a hoof gauge ,used to match pairs of feet with in the angle of the ground.
